Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Core and dice the 1 Apple , then put the apple, 1 Carrot , 1 cup Orange Juice , 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger , and 1 tsp Honey into your blender.
  • Then it’s just a matter of hitting the ‘smoothie’ settings (if your blender has that option) or blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
