- Peel the apple and ginger. Slice them.
- Add the apple, ginger and honey in a sauce pan.
- Add water and bring to boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Now take off the flame and let it cool. Once cool blend the apple and add it back to the sauce pan.
- Now strain it and let it chill in the refrigerator.
- Before serving add some crushed mint leaves, some slides of apple and ice cubes. Enjoy chilled!
