Ingredients

  • 1 large apple
  • 1-1½ inches ginger
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • Few apple slices with skin on
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Peel the apple and ginger. Slice them.
  • Add the apple, ginger and honey in a sauce pan.
  • Add water and bring to boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now take off the flame and let it cool. Once cool blend the apple and add it back to the sauce pan.
  • Now strain it and let it chill in the refrigerator.
  • Before serving add some crushed mint leaves, some slides of apple and ice cubes. Enjoy chilled!

Notes/Tips

● You can use maple syrup or regular sugar instead of honey. ● You can also use jaggery for sweetener. ● A dash of lemon juice can be added. ● Refrigerate before serving for best result.
