Ingredients

  • 2 marie gold biscuits pkts
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon lukewarm milk
  • as required Butter for greasing

Instructions

  • Take the marie biscuits and blend them to a fine powder in a blender.
  • Take it out in a plate and knead it into a soft dough with the help of lukewarm milk. Keep aside to rest.
  • Take the apple and cut it into thin slices as shown
  • Now microwave the apple slices for about 45 secs. Cover it with the cling film and cover it with a cloth. This is to make the apple slices soft and they won’t break when we will roll them
  • Take one tablespoon powdered sugar in a bowl and add one teaspoon cinnamon powder to it and mix well and keep aside
  • Now take the Small portion of the dough and roll it into a long strip as shown
  • Now butter it. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder mix over it.
  • Now place the apple slices over it as shown. And fold from the bottom.
  • Again butter it and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder mix over it. Now gently roll it as shown
  • Grease the muffin moulds / appe pan and place them in it. Now place them in a pre heated oven for 35 minutes at 180.
  • Take them out and sprinkle little powdered sugar over it and serve hot.
