  • Apple
  • Milk powder
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Lemon
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  • Peel and grate apples. Add lemon juice to grated apples. In a pan add ghee and grated apples. Saute them a few times so they will become soft. Add milk powder and mix it properly. Add sugar and stir it for some time. Once you see mixture becomes thick transfer it to a greased plate and sprinkle some chopped pistachios over it. Once it cools , keep in refrigerator for some time to get smooth pieces. Cut in desired shape. Serve.
