- Firstly peel and grate the apple.
- In a non-stick pan add ghee and grated apple
- Saute for 5 minutes till the aroma of apple comes.
- Now add sugar and stir continuously on low medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Then add peanut powder and desiccated coconut.
- Cook over medium flame until mixture starts coming together and apples should be very tender. Add elaichi powder and almond slices.
- Turn off the heat and pour the mixture in greased plate spread evenly about 3-4 inch thick.
- Allow to cool for 2 hours. Cut them in about 1 inch square. It can be stored for 2 weeks in air tight box.
