Ingredients

  • 3 apple
  • 100 gm desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanut powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp almond slices
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder

Instructions

  • Firstly peel and grate the apple.
  • In a non-stick pan add ghee and grated apple
  • Saute for 5 minutes till the aroma of apple comes.
  • Now add sugar and stir continuously on low medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • Then add peanut powder and desiccated coconut.
  • Cook over medium flame until mixture starts coming together and apples should be very tender. Add elaichi powder and almond slices.
  • Turn off the heat and pour the mixture in greased plate spread evenly about 3-4 inch thick.
  • Allow to cool for 2 hours. Cut them in about 1 inch square. It can be stored for 2 weeks in air tight box.
