- Take sugar and water in a pan. Make simple sugar syrup. Sugar should dissolves completely and become little sticky.
- Take the pan out of the stove, add cocoa powder, milk powder and mix it well till it becomes glossy.
- Add bread crumbs to it and mix well, without any lumps.
- Keep it again on the flame, cook untill it become mass and starts to leave the bottom of the pan.
- Add ghee, mix well.. Keep it aside to get cool a bit.
- When it is still warm,prepare medium size balls out of it. Roll them over desiccated coconut powder. It's ready to serve..
