  • Maida 1 cup
  • Chiroti rava 2 spoon
  • Dates paste 2 tsp
  • Crunchy apple pcs 5-6 tsp
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Water

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl take maida and rava add heated oil few spoon mix well add deserved amount of water kneed well for smooth consistency. And rest aside for 15 min. Can add bit of sugar and salt for the dough.
  • For filling mix chopped apples and dates paste well.
  • Roll the dough for small roti and do the filling and seal the roti by folding half. And tightly press the edges so that filling does not come out. Deep fry them in medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
