  • 1 cup fresh curd (yogurt)
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar, as per taste
  • A pinch of cardamom (optional)
  • For garnishing Apple piece
  • Chopped almonds

Instructions

  • In a blender, add yogurt, apple and sugar. Blend them till the mixture is frothy.
  • Check the consistency of lassi, if lassi is too thick add little water or milk as desired. Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Garnish with apple piece and chopped almonds. Serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of apple. Make sure the curd is not sour preferably use fresh thick curd (if curd is sour add little milk in it). If you want to serve immediately, add ice-cubes while blending.
