Apple 2
Chia seeds 1tsp
Whipped cream 1/2 cup
Jaggery 2tbsp
Lemon 1tsp
Kaju, almond,coconut powder roasted and ground 2tb
Kiwi jelly 1tbsp
Milk 1tbsp

Instructions

Take a pan and caramelize your apples with jaggery and lemon for 30 mins. Make a paste of the caramelized apple and add it to the whipped cream.
Coat the bottom of the dome moulds with the apple whipped cream and add soaked chia seeds,the roasted nuts, kiwi jelly and fill the leftover dome with cream. Freeze it overnight

Notes/Tips

Coat the domes perfect with whipped cream and decorate it with some sprinklers!!
