- Dry roast peanuts remove husk and keep aside. Dry roast oats and grind half cup oats to powder. Dice apples.
- Saute apples for 5 min. Transfer to plate once cool keep it in refrigerator for 10 min. In a bowl take butter and sugar and with blender beat to a smooth texture.
- In a medium bowl whisk both whole wheat, oats, soda, baking powder and salt. Add sugar mixture slowly to the flour. Add peanuts, choco chips, remaining oats, diced apples and mix everything. Chill the batter in fridge for 10 min. Apples give the required moisturiser.
- Take baking sheet and place 1tbsp cookie batter on it in 2inches apart. Preheat oven for 10min at 180 degrees. Bake for 20min or till cookies turn golden colour.
- Transfer to cooling rack. Once cools completely transfer to a tight container.
