  • 1 bowl maida
  • 2 apple
  • 1/2 bowl powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 1/2 bowl oil
  • 1/2 bowl radish yogurt
  • 1 bowl milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  • First, slice the apple into chips. (Apple should stop grating when its seeds come and grate from the other side..let the middle part.) Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and soak it for a while so that it does not turn black.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  • Now stir in the maida flour powdered sugar baking powder baking soda. Add yoghurt, oil, milk powder. Now add apple pulp in batter and mix well. Add milk and prepare batter.
  • Fill the cake batter into a pre-dusted tea mold. Now let it bake for 30 minutes in a pre-heated pan. (Cover)
  • Now take out the cake. Drain the water from the apple chips and place it in a dish. Bake in the microwave for two to three minutes.
  • When the cake cools down, make a flower of apple chips on it and decorate it with a knife. Now decorate the flower by sprinkling powdered sugar from the sieve. (Microwave the apple to reduce its sweetness.) Decorate it with chocolate syrup. is optional.
