Ingredients

  • Apricot (deseeded)
  • Dry dates (deseeded)
  • Mawa/khoya
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Pistachios
  • Muskmelon seeds
  • Ghee
  • Coconut powder
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • 1. Roast almonds, walnuts, pistachios and muskmelon seed in ghee on low flame. 2. Grind them into a grinder.
  • 3. Coarsely grind apricot and dates together. 4. Prepare mawa from milk powder, ghee and milk ( 2 tbsp milk powder +1/2 cup milk +1tbsp ghee, mix all and reduce it to form mawa on low flame)
  • 5. Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, though dates n apricot are having enough sugar but if you want can add 1 tbsp of jaggery powder, add cardamom powder Add 2tbsp of desiccated coconut
  • 6. Mix all together and try to bind them into laddoos with the help of applying ghee on your palm as the mixture is little sticky 7. Coat these laddoos with desiccated coconut powder

Notes/Tips

* Store them in airtight box in refrigerator during summer.
