  • Raw banana
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Mustard

Instructions

  • Chop raw banana. Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the raw banana and take into a bowl. Take a pan and add oil, mustard and saute. Then add red chilli powder,salt,garam masala and mix well. Add this to the fried banana and mix well. Serve this with rice, chapathi, roti.
