  • 1 cup Singhare ka atta -
  • 4- 5 Arbi - (boiled and peeled)
  • as required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Sieve singhara flour. Grate arbi
  • Now mix flour and arbi.Add water little by little to make soft dough.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Divide the dough into 11 portions.Take one portion,make a ball,dust it with some flour and roll it like a puri.Make all puris like this.
  • Fry all the puris in batches, first drop it in the hot oil and flip it over,fry it on both sides.Remove it from the oil and keep it on a kitchen paper.
  • Your yummy puris are ready to serve.At fasting time you can enjoy it with curd and sugar.
