  • 1. Boil the arbi 2. Peel them & gently mash them 3. add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,salt , cumin powder,green chillies ,Chaat masala & mix them 4. apply water in both the hands so That Mix doesn't stick & make cutlets 5. Shallow Fry them using
