Ingredients

  • Water 2 litres
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Mint 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • Ginger 1
  • Garlic chutney 1-2 tbsp
  • Tamarind chutney 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Pani puri masala 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Firstly divide the water into 4 parts.
  • Part 1 In water add salt, chaat masala, black pepper, black salt, pani puri masala and cumin powder and mix well. This water is ready, it's a basic water or jaljeera water.
  • Part 2 Same as above add green paste of fresh coriander, mint, green chilli and ginger to it and then strain it. This water is ready, green water.
  • Part 3 For garlic water add red garlic chutney and all dry masala in it, according to taste.
  • Part 4 In water add taramind chutney and dry masala according to taste. Khatta mettha water is ready.

Notes/Tips

Taste in water can be adjust according to preference.
