- Firstly divide the water into 4 parts.
- Part 1 In water add salt, chaat masala, black pepper, black salt, pani puri masala and cumin powder and mix well. This water is ready, it's a basic water or jaljeera water.
- Part 2 Same as above add green paste of fresh coriander, mint, green chilli and ginger to it and then strain it. This water is ready, green water.
- Part 3 For garlic water add red garlic chutney and all dry masala in it, according to taste.
- Part 4 In water add taramind chutney and dry masala according to taste. Khatta mettha water is ready.
