Instructions

  • 1.water or jaggery ko achi trahi paka la or ek side rakh la 2.Deep khadai me ghee dale or atta ko bhi light brown colour hone tak bhune.2.Dhare dhera ghar ka pani add ker. pani ko deher dehe chalate hua add ker nahi to halwe me lumbs pad jage jo kate samya muh ma aye ge.3. Drynuts add ker kate hua khajoor, badam, Pistachio 4. Bowl me dal ker garam garm serve ker. bache huai Drynuts se garnishing ker.

Atta ka halwa me hamesha garm Pani ka hi use ker. Pani ko atta me dalte samya continue chalate rehi nahi to halwe me lumbs padjay ge jo khate samya aap ki har bits me aap ki halwa ka test kahrab kere ge.
