Atta Milk Cake

Ingredients

  • Atta 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Cardomon powder 1 cup

Instructions

  • In a pan add Atta and ghee and cook for 5 mins until the Atta becomes aromatic turn off the flame
  • Once the Atta is aromatic, add the milk powder and stir it welll
  • In a different pan add water and sugar and melt it until it becomes a little sticky
  • Then mix the Atta, ghee and milk powder and sugar syrup cook it together until ghee starts separating
  • Then grease a tray with ghee and put the mixture in that and let it set for 30 mins
  • Cut and decorate with dry fruits etc Serve in a plate and enjoy
