- In a pan add Atta and ghee and cook for 5 mins until the Atta becomes aromatic turn off the flame
- Once the Atta is aromatic, add the milk powder and stir it welll
- In a different pan add water and sugar and melt it until it becomes a little sticky
- Then mix the Atta, ghee and milk powder and sugar syrup cook it together until ghee starts separating
- Then grease a tray with ghee and put the mixture in that and let it set for 30 mins
- Cut and decorate with dry fruits etc Serve in a plate and enjoy
