Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 3 tbsp sooji
  • 1 tsp green chilli and 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 small onion
  • Water or milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil/butter

Instructions

  • Firstly take bowl and add 1 cup whole wheat flour,1/2 cup rice flour,3 tbsp rawa(sooji) and add greenchilli ,add 1 tsp ginger paste,1 small onion ,salt to taste mix all well with water or milk. Make a smooth batter. Take pan add some Butter and add above batter in it or cook from both sides. Pan cake is ready
