  • Pizza sauce
  • Capsicum
  • Sweet corn
  • Oil
  • Cheese
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Wheat flour
  • Yeast
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take yeast in a bowl, add sugar and ¼ cup warm water, mix well and set aside for 10 minutes to activate. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add activated yeast, olive oil, salt and sufficient water, mix well and knead to soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Dust flour on a worktop. Take a portion of the dough, shape it like a ball, place it on the worktop and flatten it slightly.Roll the dough into a disc and place it on a greased baking tray. Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180° C. Apply pizza sauce and spread it evenly. Sprinkle some a few mixed capsicum triangles,1 tbsp sweetcorn kernels and a few mozzarella cheese cubes and place the tray in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Take it out of the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle dried red chilli flakes and dried oregano over the pizza and serve hot.
