- Heat a pan add jaggery, coconut, chhena & cardamom powd mix it well and cook till it becomes dry. Keep it aside. Heat a pan add 2 1/2 cup water, salt & 1tbsp sugar or jaggery mix it well & cook till 1 boils come. Then add rice flour mix it well and cook 5 minutes, then add wheatflour mix it well and cook till it's becomes nicely done.Off the flame & cover it 2-3mints. Then knead it & take a small portion of the dough on your palm flat it stuffs the coconut stuffing.Heat oil & deepfry the kakor
