  • Potato
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Corinader powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Chat masala
  • Corinader
  • Maida
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add water and soak poha. Then pressure cook potato for 3whistles. Take a bowl and add soaked and squeezed poha,boiled and mashed potato,maida,salt,garam masala, corinader powder,cumin powder,chaat masala, corinader and mix well. Then add little water and make a dough. Then take a portion of dough and make a round cutlet. Heat a tawa and add oil then place the prepared cutlet on it and cook it on both the sides. Then serve hot with tomato ketchup.
