  • Atukulu
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Besan
  • Corinader
  • Water
  • Turmeric powder
  • Green chillies

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and soak atukula in water. Squeeze atukulu from water and place it in another bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder,chopped green chilies, corinader,besan and mix well. Add little water and make a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan. Then take the batter in hand and place but by bit in oil and fry until golden brown. Take them in a bowl and serve hot.
