  • Sago
  • Fenugreek
  • Rice
  • Bengal gram
  • Urad dal
  • Sooji
  • Poha

Instructions

  • Soak Urad dal, Bengalgram dal, Rice, Fenugreek seeds and Sabudana overnight. Grind the above mixture. Add Poha while grinding. Add sooji to the ground paste and mix well. Let it ferment for about 6-8 hours. Prepare dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney. And the aval dosa is ready.
