- 1) Partially Cook 2 cups of basmati rice, add 1tsp of turmeric & 1tbsp of salt in it 2) Partially Cook the available veggies( french beans, carrot,cauliflower,paneer,onion)..u can add green peas as well in 1tbsp add biryani masala, 2tbsp corainder
