  • Basmati rice
  • Paneer
  • Beans, cauliflower,peas, carrot
  • Onions
  • Dry fruits

Instructions

  • 1) Partially Cook 2 cups of basmati rice, add 1tsp of turmeric & 1tbsp of salt in it 2) Partially Cook the available veggies( french beans, carrot,cauliflower,paneer,onion)..u can add green peas as well in  1tbsp add biryani masala, 2tbsp corainder
  • 3) Now separately, take 1cup of oil to make caramelised onions, they are made while deep frying 3-4 chopped onions 4) After this, in the same wok, fry dry fruits in slow flame and keep everything separately
  • 5) Now .let the cooked rice and veggies cool down 6) Also chop mint, coriander leaves and slice the lemons
