  • Awla
  • Jaggery
  • Black pepper
  • Roasted jeera Powder
  • Black salt
  • Hing
  • Ajwain

Instructions

  • Take awla cut into small pieces and grind it in Mixture.Take kadai add awla mixture and cook till mixture gets dry.Then add gaggery and cook till it gets mixed properly.Then add roasted jeera Powder,hing,ajwain,black salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • Turn of the gas and let the mixture gets cool down.Then make small balls.Take powder sugar in a dish and coat the balls in it.Healthy,digestive Amla balls are ready.

Notes/Tips

Cook Amla mixture till the mixture gets dry.no water should remain in it.So it will be able to preserve for more days.
