Ingredients

  • Beetroot grated 3cups,milk 1 cup,khoya 1/2cup
  • Sugar 3tbsp,ghee 3tbsp , chopped almonds

Instructions

  • In a pan add milk allow it to boil now add beetroot.... Cook it well for about 15mins... Then add Khoya, sugar mix well add ghee...mix well till it becomes thick and leaves the pan... Transfer it to the greased plate and cool it later apply ghee to your palms and make small Ladoos and decorate with almonds.

Notes/Tips

Don't add more milk hence it became dilute and difficult to make ladoos
