- In thick kadai pour 1 litre milk stir continuously in medium flame . Cook until milk reduces to half. Now add 5 spoons of sugar to it and stir well. Simultaneously in another kadai put remaining sugar add 3 spoons of water nd stir it until it caramelised. Now add this caramelised to milk mixture until milk curdles. Now mash the whole mixture ND cook for 10 minutes now add cardamom pwd.cook until the mixture separates from pan. Now serve in serving bowl and garnish it with cashewnuts.
