- Take grated broccoli cut green chilli & grate ginger in it
- Put half teaspoon oil on the tva or pan add broccoli & all Masala on it.roast for 2 min.
- Leave it for cool.now add coriander leaves.take normal knead flour make 2 small size ball, flat them& fill the ready material.
- Pack of both flate roti press the corner & again roll it make thin
- Put it on the tava/ skillet on mid flame & cook it in proper way. Till both the sides are light brown
