Baajra cream of mushroom soup

Ingredients

  • Butter milk
  • Baajra flour
  • Mushroom
  • Garlic crushed
  • Pepper crushed
  • Butter/ghrr

Instructions

  • Add baajra flour to buttermilk and mix with out lumps.
  • Now roast mushroom and make a paste
  • Season garlic in butter
  • Add the mushroom paste and stir for a while
  • To this add baajra buttermilk and keep Stirring continuously so that curd doesn't get curdled. Keep stirring until first boil and allow to cook for 1more min
  • Now our soup is ready to be served. We can garnish this soup with some roasted baajra masala intead of normal croutouns and a spoonful of thick curd as cream and crush pepper and salt and serve piping hot

Notes/Tips

Here we can use choice of veggie instead of mushroom. Or just baajra and buttermilk is also best.
