Instructions

  • Boil the potato and add some salt while boiling and remove the peel. Take 2 teaspoon of oil. Add jeera, 2 pinch of read chilli powder, pinch of haldi and hing and half teaspoon of kasuri meethi. Put potatoes and cook it for few mins. Boil one bunch of palak with 7-8 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli, 1 small peice of ginger, salt to taste and 1 cup of water..boil it for 15-20 mins. adjust the consistency of gravy Once the palak boils.strain it..put some cold water or normal water with ice cubes on it, cool it and make its puree. Chop one onion and tomato..in a pan heat 2 teaspoon of oil,add jeera, tej patta, Elaichi and then add onion and Kashmiri chilli powder, salt to taste only of onion tomato portion...once onion becomes pink add tomato, garam masala, coriander powder and some palak water..cook it and mash it and add the palak puree and boil it for 10 mins Finally add aloo to the gravy, cook for 2-3 mins and serve with chapathi or rice.
