Ingredients

  • Baby corn half boiled 1 cup
  • Salt for taste
  • Besan flour 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Aloo bhujiya 1 packet small

Instructions

  • In mix bowl add besan salt chilli powder mix well coat for baby corn and roll out on crushed alloo bhujiya picking to toothpick and deep fry to crispy golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Notes/Tips

You can do alternative with maida instead of besan.
