  • Onion
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Ginger garlic
  • Vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Ajinomoto
  • Sugar
  • Corn slurry
  • Orange food colour
  • Corinader
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Baby corn

Instructions

  • Take cooked Chapatis and make roll then cut them with a knife to make thin strips like of noodles and keep aside. Now heat oil in a pan then put finely chopped ginger and garlic in hot oil, now add in chopped cabbage, capsicum, baby corn,onions and saute them well at high heat for little time. Now add in salt, soy sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, tomato ketchup, sugar, 2-3 tbsp water, orange food colour and corn flour slurry. Now add in thin strips of Chapati and mix well with all the spices and cook it for 1 minute, after 1 minute turn the heat off and serve the delicious baby corn Chapati noodles hot.
