  • Baby corn
  • Rice
  • Water
  • Moong dal
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  • Take a kadai and add oil,cumin, mustard and mix. Then add baby corn and saute well. While it is cooking add washed and soaked rice,moong dal along with water in kadai and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes. Then add salt, turmeric stir once. Then serve hot.
