- Brings 2 cup of water to a boil, then add almonds and leave them for a minute or 2. Drain water and spread them đź’Ş n a absorbent cloth and wipe off.
- Peel the almonds and air dry them for a while. Don't powder moist almonds, for quicken the process toast the almonds on low heat just moisture vanishes.
- Add the moist free almonds in a blender jar and make powder. Add sugar to a non stick pan and pour water. Dissolve it completely. Reduce the flame to medium. Then add the powder and mix to blend everything well.
- On a medium flame keep stirring, until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan,nif it doesn't add 1 tsp ghee, add cardamom powder. Set the pan aside, grease hand and roll it to a ball. You must get a ball that is not sticky, if not then cook it further.
- When it slightly hot knead it with greased hand and knead it for 2 - 3 mint to get a smooth dough. Place it on a butter paper and cover it. Roll it with rolling pin to desired thickness. Then slice to squares or diamonds. Cool it and store it
