Ingredients

  • 1 cup badam,
  • 1.5 cup whole wheat ata
  • 3 tbsp desi ghee,
  • 1 cup powdered sugar,
  • 1 tsp Elaichi powder,
  • 3 tbsp desi ghee

Instructions

  • Take a pan, add badam, dry roast them for 5 minutes, Cool it, grind it coarsely, keep aside.
  • Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add ghee, heat it. Moderate the flame, add ata, stir fry it for a minute. Lower the flame, fry ata until brown.
  • Turn off the flame, take out in a mixing bowl. Let it cool, add badam, Elaichi powder & sugar, mix it well.
  • Now add ghee, mix it again.
  • Now take small portions of Ladoo mix, bind it nicely in round shape, make Ladoo. Make all ladoos in same manner.

If you wish you can garnish and desired color of ata is important
