- Take a pan, add badam, dry roast them for 5 minutes, Cool it, grind it coarsely, keep aside.
- Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add ghee, heat it. Moderate the flame, add ata, stir fry it for a minute. Lower the flame, fry ata until brown.
- Turn off the flame, take out in a mixing bowl. Let it cool, add badam, Elaichi powder & sugar, mix it well.
- Now add ghee, mix it again.
- Now take small portions of Ladoo mix, bind it nicely in round shape, make Ladoo. Make all ladoos in same manner.
