- Bring 2 cups of water to boil. Add almonds and turn off the flame.
- After 5 minutes add cold water and peel off the skin of almonds.
- Again soak the almonds in warm water for 1to 1 1/2 hour.
- Now drain the water and put the almonds in a blender jar.
- Mix milk in the jar and make a paste. Do not over blend.
- Heat the non-stick pan and add ghee to it. Add almond paste.
- Add powder sugar. Keep stirring and cook it on medium flame.
- Keep cooking so that it has thick consistency. Turn off the flame and cool the mixture completely.
- Now take a butter paper, apply ghee on it. Take the mixture, press it in rectangular shape.
- Freeze it for 2-3 hours and cut into desire shape.
- Delicious badam burfi is ready for holi festival.
