  • Wheat flour
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Cashew

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add ghee,chopped cashew and roast. Take a bowl and add wheat flour and water. Keep it for 2 hours. Then take a bowl and keep strainer on it and pour the wheat flour and water mixture in that and extract the water. Then take a pan and add water and sugar. Make sugar syrup. Then in another than add ghee,sugar and add wheat flour milk in that and cook. Then add the sugar syrup in it and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then add the roasted cashew and serve.
