- Take a pan and dry roast coconut powder,peanut powder,poppy seeds. Then take them in a blender and blend into a smooth paste with water. Take a pan and add oil, cumin and add the blended paste. Then add water. Red chilli powder, corinader powder,cumin, powder,salt and mix well. Then add the whole brinjal with the stem but give a slight cut to the brinjal. Then mix well and cook for 10 minutes. And serve.
