Ingredients

  • 1 piece baingan
  • 1 piece onion (chopped), 1 piece tomato (chopped)
  • 1 piece spring garlic (chopped)
  • 1 piece spring onion (chopped)
  • as required Small piece ginger (chopped)
  • 4-5 piece Garlic (chopped)
  • 3-4 piece green chilli (chopped)
  • as required Green coriander (chopped)
  • 4-5 tbsp oil ,1 tbsp mirchi powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder ,1 tbsp dhanya jeeru powder
  • 1 tbsp dhanya jeeru powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala

Instructions

  • First of 1 baingan taken and totally fry in gas stove.after fry remove top surface of baingan
  • Crush the baingan of knife ya spoon.
  • Taken kadai in top of gas stove burner in medium flame. Add 4-5 tbs oil.and oil slightly heated add chopped ginger and garlic. Add in chopped onion.
  • Fry 2 -3 min. Add in spring garlic and spring onion.
  • Proper mix from 1-2 min. Add in chopped tomato.
  • After chopped tomato add. Add in salt,mirchi powder,turmeric powder,garam masala, and proper mix in 2-3 min.
  • Add in crush baingan.
  • Proper mix and Let it cook for 2-3 min. Add in chopped green coriander.
