  • Baingan
  • Spring onions
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Red chillies powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Coriander
  • Oil
  • Tomato

Instructions

  • Take a baingan n cut little bit in it n apply oil on it n roasted iton Gas flame..
  • After roasted remove all pills n mashed it with pawbhaji masher.. Chopped spring onions n tomatoes..
  • Take a large pan n heat oil in it.. Now add onions n ginger garlic paste in it n tomatoesmixed well..
  • After few minutes add all spices given above n Salt to taste..
  • Mixed all n add some coriander leaves.. Turns off the Gas flame n served hot with bhakhri,roti,rotla etc..

Notes/Tips

If you want than cut n fry brinjal too in oil.
