- Apply the oil on the brinjal and roast it on the flame. Cool it completely and remove the skin of it and make a pulp from it.
- Now heat the oil in pan add green garlic, spring onion (white), onion and cook it completely
- Now add tomatoes and all dry masala in it and cook till oil is released.
- Now add brinjal pulp and spring onion green part and cook it well. At last add lemon juice and mix it.
