  • Brinjal
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Sesame seeds
  • Corinader seeds
  • Coconut
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Corinader powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala
  • Poppy seeds
  • Red chilli powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan and coriander seeds, coconut,poppy seeds,sesame seeds and saute well. Let them cool down. Then blend into a powder. Add water and make a paste. Take a pan and add oil,brinjal and cook. Then take the brinjals aside. In the same pan add cumin, mustard,prepared paste and cook. Then add water, corinader powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder and mix well. Then add salt. And fried brinjal. Cook for 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
