- 1. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well and knead into a semi soft dough using enough water. 2. Apply little oilon your hands and divide into equal portion .Shape into cylindrical roll. 3. Steam them in a steamer cooker for 40 to 45 minute.

- 6. Heat 2 to 3 tsp oil in non-stick kadai and add mustard seeds. 7. When seeds crackles , add cumin seeds , curry leaves asafoetida and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
- 8. Add muthia pieces and 1/2cup water and mix well. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes, then gently mix. 9. Open lid and sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped coriander. 10. Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
