- Soak both the rice overnight
- In pan heat spoon of oil add urad dal coriander seeds red chilli methi seeds fry aromatic turn off flame add coconut cool completely grind along soaked rice tamarid pulp jaggery mix salt. Dosa batter is set for fermentation for overnight.
- Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices dip in over dosa batter place on hot tava greased with little oil on low medium flame for dosa..cover dosa with lid allow to cook completely and flip over other side to crispy dosa. Enjoy hot with butter.
