Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bajra flour
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Desi ghee

Instructions

  • Take bajra flour and wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls.
  • Take one ball dust some flour on kitchen top or rolling board. Lightly press the ball with fingers and roll it.sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped coriander and press lightly with wet fingers.
  • Heat a tawa place the roti on tawa. Cook from one side Now flip and fully cook the second side.brush little ghee and serve hot with dal or any side dish.
