  • Bajra
  • Corinader
  • Sesame
  • Cumin
  • Curd
  • Urad dal
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add bajra,urad dal separately and wash. Then soak them for 4-5 hours. Next day take a blender and add soaked and drained bajra,urad dal and blend into a paste. Then add green chillies and blend once. Take the paste in a bowl and add curry leaves,salt,cumin,onion,salt, corinader,sesame seeds,curd and make a semi solid texture. Heat oil in a kadai take some mixture on palm and make a hole in centre. Then deep fry and serve hot.
