Ingredients

  • Raw Mango
  • Salt
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cumin roasted & grind as fine powder
  • Black salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Cold water

Instructions

  • Add Raw mangoes in tandoor gril or in Roti jaal on gas top. Bake it thoroughly. When the skin of the mango will be completely black & fragile, it means baking is ready. Now, let it be cool & then remove the skin & take all the mango pulp with spoon.
  • Now, take the mango pulp in mixer grinder, add the salt, whe powdered sugar, some of the black pepper powder, black salt & roasted cumin powder in it & mix all well. Now, the mango mix is ready. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours in an airtight container.
  • Now, add 3 glasses cold water in the mixture & blend properly. Its ready now. Serve it in 3 glasses. On top of every glass, add or sprinkle some of the roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder & black salt.
  • Serve chill.
  • This is very much effective for indigestion, to boost immunity & to gives instant freshness in scorching heat of summer.
