- Add biscuits in blender. Make a coarse powder. Add melted butter, pulse it to make smooth powder.
- Take greased tart mould,evenly spread biscuit powder, press it , keep it in fridge for 10min
- Meanwhile prepare the filling. In blender add all other ingredients while keeping little paneer aside. Make a smooth paste.
- Now mix paneer crumbs to paste, give a quick mix. Fill this in prepared tart mould.
- Bake this in pre heated oven for 10 min at 180°c.. Cool it completely, de mould it carefully..
- Garnish with dried berries and pistachios slices.. Its ready to serve..
