Baked butterscotch-fig tart delight

Ingredients

  • Digestive biscuits 10
  • Melted Butter 3tbsp
  • Cheese cream 2tbsp
  • Paneer crumbs 3tbsp
  • Rava/sooji 1tbsp
  • Cornflour 1tbsp
  • Milkmaid ¼tin
  • Soaked dry fig pieces 3
  • Butterscotch essence 1tsp
  • Butterscotch granules 1tbsp
  • Some Dried berries/cherry, pistachios

Instructions

  • Add biscuits in blender. Make a coarse powder. Add melted butter, pulse it to make smooth powder.
  • Take greased tart mould,evenly spread biscuit powder, press it , keep it in fridge for 10min
  • Meanwhile prepare the filling. In blender add all other ingredients while keeping little paneer aside. Make a smooth paste.
  • Now mix paneer crumbs to paste, give a quick mix. Fill this in prepared tart mould.
  • Bake this in pre heated oven for 10 min at 180°c.. Cool it completely, de mould it carefully..
  • Garnish with dried berries and pistachios slices.. Its ready to serve..

Notes/Tips

After de moulding, don't let it for more time, serve immediately as much as possible.. Otherwise shell of the tart will loose its crispness..
