- Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a stiff dough using water as required. Knead again using 1/4 tsp oil and divide the dough in equal portions
- Roll a portion of dough into a 3” diameter thin circle. Roll all portions to make papri and prick each papri evenly with fork.
- Grease a baking tray with oil, arrange the papri on the tray for baking. Bake for around 10-12 min on 180 degree centigrade in a preheated oven.
- Let the papris cool down and then store in airtight container and use as required
