Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour
  • Crushed cumin
  • Grounded Black pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Ajwain seeds
  • Hing
  • Red chilli
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Maggie Masala Magic

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a stiff dough using water as required. Knead again using 1/4 tsp oil and divide the dough in equal portions
  • Roll a portion of dough into a 3” diameter thin circle. Roll all portions to make papri and prick each papri evenly with fork.
  • Grease a baking tray with oil, arrange the papri on the tray for baking. Bake for around 10-12 min on 180 degree centigrade in a preheated oven.
  • Let the papris cool down and then store in airtight container and use as required
